Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage various types of bank guarantees (e.g., performance, bid, advance payment guarantees).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, URDG, and other relevant banking regulations.
- Review and verify guarantee applications and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Credit) and external parties (e.g., beneficiaries, applicants).
- Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to guarantees efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting for all guarantee operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking operations, specifically with guarantees or trade finance.
- Strong understanding of URDG (Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees) and other relevant practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
