Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth operations research and quantitative analysis to support NATO’s mission.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address security and defense issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on analytical findings for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Masters-degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in operations research, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse international environment and adapt to complex challenges.
