Key Responsibilities

• Oversee student housing placements, transfers, renewals, and clearances.
• Manage student housing complaints, safety concerns, and change requests efficiently.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with Client and Program standards.
• Support financial processes related to student accommodation, including invoice verification.
• Maintain accurate records of housing placements, occupancy, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• UAE National.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or service provider management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of student welfare, safety, and cultural requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
