Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global business aviation trips and logistics efficiently.
- Ensure timely and efficient trip support for VVIPs and business jet operators.
- Manage flight planning, overflight and landing permits, and ground handling services.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external service providers for seamless operations.
- Utilize UAS technology solutions to optimize and streamline trip support processes.
- Provide proactive 24/7 operational support to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business aviation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global flight operations and international aviation regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant aviation software and trip support systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
