Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an operations supervision or management role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and data analysis tools.
