Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor utility systems, including water, air, and steam, ensuring continuous supply.
  • Perform routine checks, inspections, and maintenance on utility equipment and machinery.
  • Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines during daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of utility consumption, production, and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure seamless plant operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of utility systems (water treatment, air compressors, steam generation).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operational procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
