You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from fundamental optical materials to complete AR devices, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of optical technology projects from conception to delivery within the AR domain.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution and problem resolution.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and technical specifications for AR optical components.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Optics, Photonics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in optical technology or AR/VR hardware development.
- Strong understanding of optical display systems, waveguides, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
