Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data quality assessments and analysis for Oracle databases.
- Develop and implement robust data quality rules, standards, and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with data architects, business users, and IT teams to define data quality requirements.
- Design and execute data profiling, monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to data governance policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Quality Analyst, specifically with Oracle databases.
- Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with data profiling and cleansing tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a mid-senior level, fast-paced team environment.
