Reneco International Wildlife Consultants LTD is seeking an Oracle Fusion Specialist to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role will involve leveraging Oracle Fusion solutions to support the company’s IT infrastructure and conservation projects across North Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia.

Engaged for more than 30 years, Reneco mainly operates in the Houbara bustards population preservation through captive breeding, frequent releases, and follow-up actions. The corporate headquarters is based in Abu Dhabi and houses more than 50 employees working for Reneco supporting functions as Human Resources, Finance, IT, as well as Research department. Located in United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, the breeding Centres managed by Reneco welcome annually up to 2,000 employees. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion modules.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting activities within the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Ensure data integrity and security across Oracle Fusion systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Specialist or in a similar IT role (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to supporting conservation efforts through technology.
