Key Responsibilities

• Audit incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness, specifically for Italian-speaking markets.
• Verify product details, pricing, and customer information against established criteria.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to investigate and resolve order discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit findings and all corrections made.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures related to order entry and processing.
• Provide support in various financial reconciliation activities as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English for internal communication within an international team.
