Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage of a wide range of food and non-food items.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse and picking areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if certified, in a safe manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order picking is beneficial (2 Year+).
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good physical condition and capability to lift and move goods as required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic German language skills are often preferred for communication within the team and with local customers.
