This role involves managing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Order to Cash cycle, including invoicing and cash application.
- Perform timely and accurate collection activities for outstanding accounts receivable.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of general accounting principles and OTC processes.
