    • Contribute to business development and expand client relationships across industries.
    • Provide expert guidance and thought leadership in organisational effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level in organisation and change consulting.
    • Demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, workforce design, and talent development.
