Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Organisation & Change consulting projects for global clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for change management and organization design.
- Drive initiatives related to workforce skilling, talent development, culture, and leadership.
- Partner with clients to identify and address People & Organisation Performance priorities.
- Contribute to business development and expand client relationships across industries.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership in organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level in organisation and change consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, workforce design, and talent development.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
