Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Organisation & Change consulting projects for global clients.
• Develop and implement strategies for change management and organization design.
• Drive initiatives related to workforce skilling, talent development, culture, and leadership.
• Partner with clients to identify and address People & Organisation Performance priorities.
• Contribute to business development and expand client relationships across industries.
• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership in organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level in organisation and change consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, workforce design, and talent development.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-industry clients across diverse cultures.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for driving people and organization performance.
