Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust contingency and emergency response plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, national, and international OSH regulations and standards.
- Investigate OSH incidents, near misses, and accidents, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide expert advice and training on OSH matters to various departments.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National Candidate.
- Proven experience in OSH, risk management, and contingency planning, preferably in aviation.
- Strong knowledge of OSH laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex OSH information to diverse audiences.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
