Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery products overnight.
- Ensure all bakery items are stocked, rotated, and presented appealingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
- Support the bakery team in daily operations and production goals.
- Receive and store bakery ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
