Key Responsibilities

• Represent the owner’s interests throughout all project lifecycle stages in the SouthMED region.

• Engage proactively with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and governmental authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or owner’s representation.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial management, contract law, and industry best practices.
