Key Responsibilities
- Operate packing machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to all operational guidelines.
- Ensure accurate weighing, sorting, and labeling of products before dispatch.
- Load finished products onto trucks and other transport vehicles securely and in a timely manner.
- Perform routine quality checks on packed materials to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize loading schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Packing and Loading Operator or in a similar industrial role.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, safely and proficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product quantities and documentation.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
