Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across various advertising platforms.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to achieve client KPIs and drive ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement effective bid management strategies, and create compelling ad copy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in paid search.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on paid search methodologies and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and optimizing successful paid search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and continuously improve campaign performance.
