Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Mix colors to achieve desired shades and ensure consistency.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and follow paint color specifications and design plans.
• Basic understanding of different paint types and their applications.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
