Key Responsibilities
- Assist certificated staff with instructional tasks and classroom management.
- Provide targeted support to bilingual students, facilitating language comprehension and academic engagement.
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and during transportation.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and assist in setting up learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians as needed.
- Support student development to achieve academic and personal growth objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in English and another language relevant to the student population (bilingual requirement).
