Key Responsibilities
- Assist legal counsel with legal research, document drafting, and memo preparation.
- Manage and organize legal documentation, filings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support contract review, negotiation, and lifecycle management processes.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with external legal partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update legal records, databases, and compliance logs.
- Conduct due diligence and support corporate governance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role, preferably within a tech company.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and contract law.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and standard office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish.
