Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts and NDAs.
- Review and redline legal agreements, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain and update legal documentation and contracts directory.
- Support legal disputes by gathering documents and coordinating with counsel.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant certification.
- 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
- Solid understanding of UAE commercial, civil, corporate, and regulatory law.
- Excellent drafting skills and strong legal writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
