Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support cases.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Manage case dockets, track deadlines, and schedule appointments for legal team members.
  • Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and external parties as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a legal support role.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
