Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients in FinTech, Finance, and Digital Assets.

  • Understand client talent needs and facilitate successful placements of top-tier professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Ciklo Talent at industry events and networking functions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales within financial services or tech.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech, Finance, or Digital Asset industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales or partnership targets.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus given the location.
