Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives.
• Assist in managing the full project lifecycle for AI-driven fintech solutions.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the implementation and expansion of financial inclusion programs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on project status and partnership performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fintech, artificial intelligence, and social impact in emerging markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective partner engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational, and data-driven work environment.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
