Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
• Coordinate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with NRC policies and donor requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and information sharing between NRC and its partners.
• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities and engagement strategies.
• Monitor partner performance, conduct regular reviews, and contribute to capacity-building initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive partnership reports and essential documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, coordination, or a related field within an NGO setting.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international aid, and NGO operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and challenging environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• Proficiency in English and French is highly preferred, given the operational context in DRC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
