Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational delivery and fulfillment of commercial partnerships.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables with partners are met effectively.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments including marketing, legal, and finance for partnership activation.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze data, and provide comprehensive reports on key metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within partnership operations.
- Support partner relationship management activities to foster strong, long-term collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
