Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Run regular sync calls, meetings, and business reviews with partners.
  • Conduct or organize training sessions, workshops, and presentations for partner teams.
  • Align and document joint goals, action plans, and KPIs.
  • Monitor partner activity (leads, engagement, active customers/users).
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and report on partner performance.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
