Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Mercedes-Benz genuine parts and accessories.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Provide expert advice and technical information on Mercedes parts.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or a luxury automotive brand.
- Strong understanding of Mercedes-Benz vehicle components and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
