    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare parts details, check availability, and source unavailable parts locally or internationally.
    • Coordinate the supply of parts to ensure timely availability.
    • Generate reports on customer visits, sales achieved/lost, and stock supply.
    • Prepare parts estimates and quotations, discussing and understanding customer needs.
    • Provide product information, technical advice, and warranty policies to customers.
    • Assist in stock control to reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock.
