    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist patent attorneys and litigators with managing complex patent portfolios and IP strategies.

    • Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital files for patent cases and client communications.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Patent Paralegal or in a similar legal support role within intellectual property.
    • Strong understanding of patent law, intellectual property processes, and related legal frameworks.
    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in document management.
    • Proficiency in legal research tools and patent management software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
