Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses on ecological and environmental samples.
- Prepare samples for examination, including microscopy and molecular techniques.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
- Accurately record and report experimental findings and data.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and quality control protocols in the lab.
- Assist senior scientists with ongoing research projects in ecology and pathology.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in a science field such as Biology, Environmental Science, or Pathology.
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in ecology, environmental science, and laboratory work.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in following laboratory protocols.
