Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll for all hotel employees in a timely manner.
- Manage and reconcile all cash transactions, including daily takings and petty cash.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare relevant reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding payroll and cash handling.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and payments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paymaster or General Cashier in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and cash management principles.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
