    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team responsible for daily payment reconciliation operations.
    • Oversee the accurate and timely reconciliation of payment transactions across various currencies and platforms.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and reconciliation breaks proactively.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation workflows.
    • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial compliance standards.
    • Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to team members, fostering their professional growth.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in payment operations, financial reconciliation, or a related field, preferably in a FinTech or banking environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience in a fast-paced operational setting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Solid understanding of payment systems, financial instruments, and reconciliation best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and technology in a dynamic global company.
