    Kitopi is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to join its team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with local regulations within a dynamic food and beverage environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll.
    • Reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare detailed payroll reports.
    • Administer employee benefits, deductions, and government contributions.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation.
    • Collaborate closely with HR and finance departments on all payroll-related matters and inquiries.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably 5+ years.
    • Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations in Jordan.
    • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
