Key Responsibilities

  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees across various regions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analyses for management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR and finance teams on payroll-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar payroll role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations in Argentina (or similar regions).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
