Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees across various regions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analyses for management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and finance teams on payroll-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP).
- Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations in Argentina (or similar regions).
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
