EnerMech is seeking a Payroll Assistant to be responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE, covering UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain and Temporary Contractors. The role involves validating timesheets, applying payments, and coordinating with HR to ensure contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE, including UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, and Temporary Contractors.
- Manually validate approved timesheets and expense claims submitted by employees.
- Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform via Bank Transfer and WPS Payment.
- Coordinate with HR and validate employee contracts to ensure current payments align with signed contracts.
- Update and maintain payroll records, providing inputs to ADP.
- Prepare payroll coding reports for management and send payslips to employees.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment.
- Adhere to EnerMech Group and client Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all Quality and operational procedures are followed.
- Maintain ownership of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll or a related field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Problem-solving ability, analytical, and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of payroll processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually and adhere to deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Essential: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business/finance or a related field.
