Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret awards, enterprise agreements, and legislative requirements.
- Process superannuation, PAYG, and other statutory payments.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare relevant reports.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or in a similar payroll management role.
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and tax requirements.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
