Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for a portfolio of clients accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Danish payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Advise clients on payroll-related matters, including tax, social contributions, and employment law.
  • Handle complex payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated advisory services.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or in a similar payroll management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish payroll legislation, tax, and social security rules.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
