Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently for all Armonea employees.
  • Ensure full compliance with Belgian social and tax legislation regarding payroll.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from ‘Talents’ and management.
  • Maintain precise payroll records and contribute to comprehensive HR reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • Stay abreast of updates in payroll legislation and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll expert, preferably with 5+ years in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations, social security, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or French, with good English proficiency.
