Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws, social security regulations, and other statutory deductions.
- Manage employee benefits, allowances, and end-of-service entitlements.
- Reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related queries promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports for management and financial audits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, specifically with UAE payroll processing.
- Immediate availability to commence work.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
