Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain and update comprehensive payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Calculate and reconcile employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll efficiently.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless employee management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll management role (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all payroll transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
