Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities or regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Stay updated with local and international payroll regulations, tax laws, and ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, reconciliations, and contribute to internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Professional, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in Czechia and potentially other regions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the local Czech language is considered a significant advantage.
