Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role (5 Year+ preferred for Mid-Senior level).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and tax regulations in Colombia.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
