Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees in Czech Republic.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local payroll legislation and internal company policies.
- Manage payroll deductions, benefits administration, and statutory tax filings.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records, preparing reports as required for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within an international company.
- Strong knowledge of Czech labor law, payroll regulations, and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Czech.
