    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately process multi-cycle payroll for employees within Aldar Retail Management on a timely basis.
    • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
    • Manage all aspects of payroll deductions, benefits administration, and employee expense reimbursements.
    • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, reconciliations, and support financial audits as required.
    • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, salaries, and benefits with efficiency and confidentiality.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and ensure data integrity and security.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
    • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
    • Proficiency in using payroll software systems and advanced skills in MS Excel.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
