Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB layouts according to schematic diagrams and design rules.
- Ensure optimal component placement and routing for signal integrity and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to refine designs and resolve layout issues.
- Perform design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) checks.
- Generate Gerber and other manufacturing files for PCB fabrication.
- Maintain and manage PCB design libraries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PCB Layout Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, PADS).
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and signal integrity principles.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
