    Key Responsibilities

    • Educate and engage peers within the MSM & TG communities on TB and HIV prevention, testing, and treatment.
    • Provide comprehensive support for adherence to treatment regimens and assist with referrals to care services.
    • Conduct regular outreach activities to raise awareness and distribute health information materials.
    • Facilitate group discussions and individual counseling sessions on health topics.
    • Document daily activities and contribute to program reporting requirements.
    • Advocate for the health needs and rights of the MSM & TG population.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated understanding and empathy for the MSM & TG communities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
