    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Provide expert guidance and coaching to management and employees on a variety of people-related issues.
    • Support talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
    • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture.
    • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor regulations in a global remote environment.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar senior human resources role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and remote organizational setting.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
